Tasty tropical raw vegan smoothie that makes any day a sweet summer day

Ingredients (about 1/2 l):

  • 1 mango
  • 2 bananas
  • water or coconut water

Peel and cut the mango into smaller pieces, throw in the blender along with bananas. Add about 2 dl of water or coconut water. The latter will make the taste more tropical and full. It’s best to use an actual coconut. The amount of water varies on how dense or fluid you want the smoothie/shake to be.

Note – don’t try to make this by using some sort of vegan milk (oat, rice, almond, etc.). You’ll just end up throwing the whole thing away, the added drink makes the whole thing quite disgusting, the tastes just don’t go together at all.
