There is already a post about such DIY pads on this blog, but these are different as they don’t require a sewing machine. Granted, their apperance isn’t as pleasant as the properly sewn ones, you can’t really gift them, but for personal use are just as useful. Unless, of course, you are very good at hand sewing. I’m not, obviously. 😀

Required materials:

• old bedclothes or old cotton shirts
• scissors
• a template – can be anything – a glass for round shapes or something rectangular
• needle and thread

Cut the fabric into cloths of desired size and shape. Stack the cloths on top of each other, I stacked four for one pad. Stitch the edges and you’re done.
