Lessons I learned in my years on earth

  1. Be mindful about every moment of your life – every decision and action has its consequences, which can be good and/or bad. In some cases it’s easilly pedictable which way it might go, this applies especially to our relation to nature.
  2. Always be respectful and kind – the way we all want to be treated. Though not always easy to pull off, but worth the effort.
  3. Spending time with family and friends is the most valuable time on this planet.
  4. Listening to enjoyable music is never a waste of time.
  5. Always take time to create – whatever that may be.
  6. Dancing is never a waste of time.
  7. Observe everything, everywhere, always.
  8. Be in nature everyday as much time as possible.
  9. Persistence always, always, ALWAYS pays off.
  10. Be confident, turst yourself and enjoy life, you get older by the moment.
  11. Learn, study hard, it’s worth every moment of it.
  12. Do yoga and meditate, learn how to do it correctly, it does you good in short- and long term.
  13. Take care of nature, every action has an impact.
  14. Only buy what you actually need. But on ocassion – as a motivational reward, buy what you want (and not necessarily need), that can be a motivational bomb.
  15. Cold exposure makes one (feel like) a superhuman.
  16. Carefully choose what you put in and on your body.
  17. Also carefully choose the people you spent time with and direct your attention to.
  18. Do the research, check the facts before making and expressing your opinions.
  19. Think hard about what you want of and for yourself, what you really want to do, what is your purpose. For some it’s smooth, obvious, for others more complicated, less clear, but know that the goal is always achievable, once it’s clear.
