Books I read in 2022 (and recommend)

  1. Boštjan Videmšek: Plan B, How not to lose hope in the times of climate crisis
  2. Aarto Passilinna: Bestfooted Shipwright, Life Short, Rytkönen Long, The Happy Man
  3. Wim Hof: The Wim Hof method
  4. Justin Rosales: Becoming The Iceman
  5. Paula Watkins: Meditation made simple
  6. Leslie Kaminoff: Yoga anatomy

The list is very short, sorry I cannot recommend you more books. Last year I was fully focused on Wim Hof’s book and WHM classes along with article writing. I couldn’t also focus on reading books as that completely consumes me, either I read books or I don’t (thus block scheduling works perfect). All of the books on the list were read in the first 3 months of the year, the rest was focused on executing the knowledge received from them.
